Lavender is one of the most aromatic and revered herbs for its calming therapeutic properties. It has a light, earthy floral undertone with hints of rosemary, mint and citrus.

Our Lavender Creamed Honey uses English lavender infused with our premium 100% Ontario wildflower creamed honey for an extraordinary fragrant gourmet treat. Our product is hand extracted, and hand labelled near Creemore, Ontario, with the honey harvested exclusively from our fully traceable hives located along the Niagara Escarpment.

TRIPLE LEMON
The perfect blend of sweet and tart in a classic old fashioned pairing.

Infused into every jar of our Triple Lemon Creamed honey is premium lemon oil, freshly squeezed Organic Meyer Lemon juice, plus Organic Meyer Lemon rind prepared by hand at the Heritage Bee Co. The triple lemon combination is blended into our 100% Ontario wildflower creamed honey for an extraordinary treat. Our honey is hand extracted, hand bottled, and hand labelled just north of Toronto, Ontario Canada.

VANILLA
Fairtrade Organic Madagascar Bourbon pure VANILLA extract by Nielsen-Massey is hand-blended with our 100% Ontario Creamed Wildflower Honey. The result is a sweet flavour with velvety after-tones set against a sophisticated floral bouquet of our wildflower honey. Nielsen-Massey is considered the world’s finest vanilla.

STORAGE & CARE INFO

Heritage Bee honey is both raw and unpasteurized, and does not expire.

It is bottled at the temperature that exists within the beehive (which is 95F), so as long as the honey is heated up to 105F, it does not damage the product or pasteurize the honey. If the honey is subjected to high heat for a prolonged period, it can return to its liquid state, which leads to a separation of the flavours.

Ideally, honey should be stored at room temp or slightly cooler.
