That’s why I’m excited to introduce FILL YOUR CUP – a monthly tea & gift box subscription I’ve created just for you!
It’s filled with tea and special items you’ll love, which I’ve personally chosen to spark joy. Because you’re worth it.
What’s inside the FILL YOUR CUP Tea & Gift Box?
The monthly boxes are a surprise – because we all need more HAPPY surprises at this stage of the game! (Follow me on social media for sneak peeks!)
Every month you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated box to FILL YOUR CUP, based on a fun or inspirational theme.
The FILL YOUR CUP Tea & Gift Box contains 3-5 carefully chosen items.

It includes a tea of the month, and additional items to focus on self-care, tea time, home life, and filling someone else’s cup.
The monthly boxes will vary, but may include these types of items:
TEA OF THE MONTH | Black, Herbal or Green (enough for 20 cups)
SELF CARE | A special item to help fill your cup (i.e. bath & body, paper & stationery, activity, etc.)
TEA TIME | Food or tea related items to enhance your experience (i.e. edible snack, drinkware, gadget, etc.)
HOME LIFE | Fun and functional items to make you smile (i.e. tea towel, candle, kitchen & bath, etc.)
CARD & SAMPLE TEA | An opportunity to fill someone else’s cup!
You can expect lots of inspirational themes, sassy humour, and nostalgia too!
Since I’m a huge fan of supporting local, the majority of items are from other Canadian and women-owned businesses.
Everything in the box is designed to spark joy, but also be as practical and consumable as possible. Nobody has room for extra “stuff” piling up!
When will I receive my FILL YOUR CUP Tea & Gift Box?
Your payment will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be delivered locally, or shipped out within 7-10 days!
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.
Is there a commitment or can I cancel any time?
I hope you love your boxes, but there is no long term commitment! If you need to cancel, please log into your account HERE to manage your subscription.
**Cancellation requests must be received 14 days prior to billing date (1st of the month) or you’ll be charged for the following month**

PRICE for Shipped Box: $70 ($55 + $15 flat rate shipping) on the 1st of each month (Canada & US only)
Description
This is a monthly subscription for FILL YOUR CUP – Tea & Gift Box.
Your first charge will be on the 1st day of the following month. For example, if you sign up on July 15th you will be charged on August 1st. You’ll receive your first box in August. Your next charge will be on September 1st.
Your credit card will then be automatically charged on the 1st of EVERY MONTH. Price will not change per month!
All subscription boxes are Final Sale as they’re prepared just for our subscribers.
